7 Essential Steps To Vibrant Health!

Dear Friend –
I have been taking online classes from Dr. Sue Morter. This past week, she sent a quick video on her 7 essential steps to vibrant health. I want to share them with you today.
One of her frequent quotes is “the things you think about, you bring about.”
Bottom line, we are in charge of our health and vitality.
Here are her 7 steps to vibrant health:
1- what you eat
2- what you drink
3- exercise
4- sleep
5- breathe
6- what you think
7- love
Her main focus is on love because how much you love yourself affects all the other steps. If love is more important than anything you are pursuing, then things in your life will happen with abundance and grace. Love feeds the vital force you need to do all that you desire to do.
Eat and drink foods that are more alkaline. Raw fruits and vegetables are in this category.
Drink clean filtered water. Plus, the more positive you think, the more acidic foods you can get away with eating.
Move your body. We are supposed to be energy in motion. The more you move, the more you will want to keep moving.
Sleep!!!
Find some deep breathing techniques and do them daily. Dr. Morter teaches some of these in her classes. This is something I hope to share with you soon in a classroom setting.
