Are you ignoring your emotions?

Hello my dear friend, 

I’m just going to say it. This has been a very stressful year for all of us. Some ways have been very similar and some have been very different. Needless to say, our stress bucket over floweth.

Not dealing with and/or ignoring the stressful events and emotions that we experience or feel IS NOT a sign of strength. In fact, not dealing with your emotions will make you sick in the long term. As Freud once said, “Unexpressed emotions never die. They are buried alive and will come forth later in uglier ways.”

How do you avoid the “uglier ways”? You allow yourself to actually feel the emotion.

I know this is an odd concept, but when we feel the emotion, it can be processed and go away and not stored for later. Feeling the emotion does not have to be a grand event. It can be as simple as saying in your mind, I am feeling…. and then allowing your body to feel it for just a few seconds and then it is done. It is so much easier for me to stuff the emotion because that is what I have been doing for my 50 plus years. But, it is never too late to learn something new (and try to teach an old dog a new trick).

If you have a lot of emotions being expressed in “uglier ways” and you would like to get rid of them, I have a wonderful solution for you. It is called Emotion Code. The Emotion Code, developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, is an easy and effective way to release the negative emotions our subconscious mind is holding onto.

You don’t have to talk, remember, or even think during the session. A magnet is run down your back to release the emotion once the correct emotion has been found. The treatment takes about 15 minutes for the actual releasing part and approximately 30 minutes for the entire session. Each session is $50. My personal recommendation from years of experience is doing 3 consecutive sessions a week apart and then another 3 sessions two weeks apart and then reevaluate.

Emotion code was life changing for me. I have been using it in my personal life and the lives of my clients since 2010. I am grateful for the positive changes that I have personally experienced and the many changes that I have seen and have been told about from others.
