The Law of Cause & Effect

Dripping water

Hello my dear friend,

This week we are discussing the Law of Cause and Effect. This law’s focus is that every action has a reaction. Every action you take has a ripple effect.

This shows up in your world this way… If you focus on your losses, conflicts or struggles, this will cause a ripple effect in your energy field. Like throwing a pebble into a pond of water. The way to counteract this is to focus on your wins, especially what you are grateful for! This will cause the ripple effect you want.

Tune in to this law to…increase progress, transform comparison, and support your boundaries.

This law reminds us to take time to notice the good. This moves energy in a positive direction which will be helpful in things that are fearful or negative.

You are disconnected from this law when…

– You are stuck in a problem or ruminating on your thoughts.

– You are judging something as good or bad.

– You are focused on your losses.

– You ask questions like: What did I do? Do you think it will work out?

– You feel like things are your fault or you did something wrong.

– You fantasize something bad will happen (perhaps you have ill-will toward someone).

– You worry your negative thoughts will cause bad things to come.

You are connected to this law when…

– You connect to your body and breath.

– You take time to notice what you have received (there is always something)!

– You are patient.

– You notice the magnificence in others and in your day.

– You no longer base decisions predominantly on past experiences.

– You notice the positive impact of simple, small acts or changes.

– You forgive or have compassion for yourself.

– You notice the good in yourself and others.

Manifesting Message: When you find yourself over-focusing on what you are upset about, whether it be a person or a situation, you are mindlessly giving your energy away. This can have a direct impact on your life. Notice how the law of cause and effect may be impacting your life. If you want a healthy relationship, then you will want to decrease distractibility. Practice noticing and observing by taking time to be more present in the here and now.

Affirmation: I choose light.

This is taken from the book “Energy in Action” by Sherianna Boyle. Chapter 9.

Much love, gratitude and joy!
