The Truth About Vitamin E

Hello my dear friend,

I just read a very interesting book called “The Truth About Vitamin E” written by Barrie Tan, PH.D. It is a quick and very informative book about the wonderful vitamin, Vitamin E.

I did not know much about Vitamin E and I have not used it much since I did not see a lot of value in using it in my personal life or in my business, with the exception of reducing scars.

That is until I read this book! I will do my best to give a brief synopsis.

Most of the Vitamin E that is available is mixed tocopherols, alpha, beta, delta and gamma. The other parts of vitamin E are the tocotrienols, also alpha, beta, delta and gamma.

Most of the E that I have used in the past has been from the mixed tocopherols. However, tocotrienols are 40-60 times more potent than the tocopherols, and the very best form of

Vitamin E is the delta-tocotrienols, AND it is very safe to use.

Here are some documented benefits of the delta-tocotrienol form of Vitamin E:

Helps maintain a healthy brain for healthy aging. It may help keep your brain sharp and contribute to better brain health. Studies have shown that elderly subjects showed a lower risk of cognitive impairment and Alzheimer’s disease.

Helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels.

Helps keep cardiovascular health and cholesterol levels in check.

Helps reverse metabolic syndrome and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.

Maintains healthy bones.

Protects you from radiation.

Keeps inflammation at bay.

Antioxidant protection for your cells.

And, Vitamin E helps with eye health, arthritis, your immune system, and your skin!

I just started taking the delta-tocotrienol form of Vitamin E and we now carry it at Beeing Well. I will keep you posted on my experience, or you can try it for yourself.

Have a wonderful week!

Much love and gratitude! Janalee
