Our Heart – Brain Connection Part 2

I would like to start today with some symbolism about our hearts. Our heart is a pump that constantly moves the blood through our lungs and throughout our bodies. In order for our heart to be able to pump, it has to be flexible. If our heart is brittle, stiff and unmoving, it won’t work. It has to remain flexible in order to retain its strength. When the arteries in our heart become coated with plaque, it decreases the flexibility of our heart which increases our risk of heart attacks.
What happens with our heart energetically when it is full of love and infused with life?
What happens energetically if our heart is hardened and we are protecting ourselves by building walls? If our heart is feeling brittle, limited, stiff, hardened or empty?
We are encouraged to nurture our own heart first; giving ourselves a little love, a little softness, a little forgiveness, and a little flexibility. Flexibility is what makes our hearts strong.
Our hearts are the center of our ability to expand beyond ourselves. Our heart center expands outwards in a powerful, measurable energy field, right from the center of us. Our heart’s energy field is bigger than our brain’s, but best of all, they overlap. Through our heart, we can expand past any problem, any limitation. Through our heart, we can connect to all that we can’t physically see with our eyes.
What will you do today to improve your heart-brain connection and expand your energy field?
