The Law of Relativity

relativity law

Hello my dear friend,

Today’s law is the Law of Relativity. This law teaches us that everything in our life simply is until we compare it to something. Nothing in life has any meaning, except for the meaning we give it. Up until that point of reaction, everything is neutral.

Reflecting on your life isn’t a bad thing, unless the meanings and interpretations you place on these events are disrupting your sense of inner peace. You may begin to see evidence of it in your outer world. Sometimes these disruptions show up in our sleep patterns, anxiety levels, and relationships. If the Law of Relativity could speak, it would say, soften, relax and allow things to rearrange themselves.

You are disconnected from this law when…

– You feel out of control, perhaps experiencing mood changes or high levels of distractibility.

– You go to your head (thoughts) to interpret what you feel (sensation wise) rather than your higher self.

– You revisit the same emotions (perhaps anger, frustration, rage) over and over.

– You feel like giving up.

– You engage in obsessive-compulsive behavior (and maybe getting negative attention for it).

– You are ruminating or analyzing your situation.

– You feel like you don’t have a choice.

You are connected to this law when…

– You sense the energy in and around you without judgement.

– You can approach yourself and others gently and with compassion.

– You can see situations and events as part of your spiritual journey.

– You recognize your choices and lead from your heart.

– You are able to listen, understand, and tend to your bodily and emotional needs.

– You ask your higher self, guides, and the universe to give you more information about what you feel inside (rather than relying only on your mind).

Manifesting Message: If you have a habit of comparing yourself to others, then your goal would be to build self-esteem and confidence. The intention that will fuel this goal is to notice, observe, allow and receive inner strength. This means to nourish and support self-love and self-compassion. Notice any areas of your life where you are putting unnecessary pressure on yourself.

Affirmation: I am growing, expanding, and creating new pathways everyday.

This is from the book “Energy in Action” by Sherianna Boyle, Chapter 14.

Notice, observe, allow and receive. Have a great week!

Much love, joy and gratitude! Janalee
