The Third Eye Chakra

I am open to wisdom and guidance. The Third Eye or sixth sense, the center of our intuition, wisdom, and spiritual insights, usually becomes active starting at adolescence. It is located in the center of the forehead and upper backside of the head. It can be described as the ability to understand or know something, without the need for conscious reasoning or a feeling or mental clarity that can’t be rationalized. As human beings, we are all given the ability to identify the feelings that are given to each of us to distinguish between right and wrong and to know what is right for each of us individually. “By trusting our intuition, we are brought the physical evidence of our making the right choice soon after the decision. As we continue this cycle of allowing the inspirations to come, acting on it, followed by positive results, our intuition will continue to build and grow and become very strong and natural. It will become the primary way of knowing what choices to make and what direction to move in life.” (Carol Tuttle, Remembering Wholeness, p. 127.)
The Third Eye can be associated with Monday. “As we start the week, tapping into our intuition and insight can guide our actions. Monday is an excellent day for meditation, setting intentions, and seeking spiritual guidance.” (ByHealingthroughVisions.com)
