The Crown Chakra

I am one with The Divine. The Crown Chakra, located at the top of the head completes the circle of the Yin/Yang flow “with the energy first moving into us from heaven, then down through all the chakras below it, connecting us to the earth, then back up again, through the crown chakra back up to heaven…The new energy of the crown chakra is meant to connect us to the divine in a way that inspires us, rather than shame us. There is no intellectual knowing at the level of the 7th chakra, but there is serenity, joy, and deep peace about life. You have a sense of knowing that there is a deeper meaning of life and that there is an order that underlies all of existence, so you easily let things go as you are not attached to the outcomes. We connect with our soul understanding about our life path and are able to feel tremendous gratitude for all that we have experienced and all of the people who have played parts for us. When we realize that everything is interconnected, that we are part of the larger scheme of life, and that everything that happened in our life happened for a reason, we begin to live with gratitude, faith, and trust, rather than filled with fear and anxiety…The new energy of the crown chakra is waking us up to the truth that we are guided by higher powers as we begin to feel and sense divinity from within and without.” (Carol Tuttle, The Modern Chakra Guide, pp. 235, 241-242).
The Crown Chakra can be associated with Thursday. “As we near the weekend, Thursday invites us to connect with the divine and the universe. Focusing on the Crown Chakra, we can seek enlightenment, practice gratitude, and foster a sense of unity with all that is.” (ByHealingthroughVisions.com)

As I have written very simple thoughts on the seven chakras of our bodies, I have been taught that each mantra, each mindfulness practice, each physical activity, each frequency, each essential oil, and each feeling of divinity contributes to the holistic healing of our minds and our bodies. Our life paths are unique to us, but we journey together. We are all connected!
I hope you can find JOY in your journey!
